Falcon's nest
The best way to get to Falkboet is on cross-country skis, by snowmobile or by interpreting behind Fjällbyn's bandwagon. You will travel through a magical and wildlife-rich natural area, which testifies to Rogen's proximity, pass the mountain huts used by farmers in the early 1900s, and then arrive at Falkboet where you can stop and enjoy yourself in the middle of the musk oxen's kingdom.
The trail to Falkboet is about 8 km. From Falkboet you can continue up to Falkhöjden with a lovely view of Rogens nature reserve and towards the three peaks Storvålen, Fiskbäckvålen and Bratteriet.
