Alpine skiing
A mecca for ski-bums. A paradise for families with children. Addictive for the carving nut. And a favourite for the bon vivant. It is said that a good child has many names and it is true that there are many ways to describe the skiing here at Tännäskröket.
Here you will find varied and playful skiing in all directions.
The skiing is spread over our two mountains Hemkröket and Mellankröket, or K1 and K2 as they are popularly known. When it's dumping, we have the best off-piste skiing in Funäsfjällen (according to Freeride), we have sunny south-facing slopes, here you'll find the most beautiful 360-degree view of Funäsfjällen, the Norwegian mountain range and Lossen, and when the wind is blowing in Funäsfjällen, this is where you can take shelter and enjoy a full day on the slopes. This is also where you'll find the cosiest evening skiing.
Skiing in the wilderness
Thanks to the fact that a giant once threw two large mountains at the church in Tännäs, and missed, you can now ski in the middle of the wilderness. Here you get an encounter with nature on skis, among reindeer, ancient pine trees, natural drops and jumps, with the occasional troll hiding in the forest.
With us you can take out the carving turns without being disturbed and find corduroy and untouched snow all day. Here you dare to let the 10-year-old ski freely in the system and at the same time take the opportunity to get your own runs on the slopes.
For us, this is what characterises a holiday and enjoyable skiing!
Funäsfjällen, Sweden's best ski resort

Kay Too Park
Now we're creating an area for all the little park goers. A blue park we call Kaytoo, with rails, jumps and boxes. Everything you need to do your first 180, practice rails and challenge your big siblings.

HEATING ROOM
Our warming hut is located at Hemliften on the south side. Outside the warming hut there is a fireplace where we light the fire every day. A cosy place to gather, socialise between runs or have as a base while the children ski freely on the slopes.
We have several fireplaces where you can light a fire and socialise.
Norrsia
It was here at Norrisa - the northern side of the Tännäskröket - that everything started in 1966. At that time there were no piste machines, so the villagers here in Tännäs got together and trampled the slope to create a good surface.
Since then, the forest skiing and the natural jumps on the northern side have attracted skibums and off-piste skiers from all over Sweden. Now we are expanding the skiing experience at Tännäskröket with 2 new summit trails and letting the area be part of a free skiing area. This is to strengthen the skiing experience and for skiers of all levels to experience what it is like to ski/snowboard in fluffy natural snow in an untamed wilderness. During high season we will also offer snowmobile interpretation from Norrsia.
