Maltese Ski School: Monday-Friday
Skiing fun (4 years and up)
A fun and positive introduction for those who are about to take their first steps on skis.
We focus on having as much fun as possible together and getting to know our equipment, the lift and the slopes. We practice sliding, braking and lifting. Handling our skis with the help of games and mischief.
Prerequisites: No prior knowledge is required.
Explorers (5 years and up)
Ski school for those who are starting to get to grips with their skis and the easier slopes and who want to start "exploring" other parts of the lift system. Together we will learn to become more confident in our skiing. We practice turns and develop balance and technique. The goal is to eventually take on steeper slopes with good control of your skis and speed.
Prerequisites: Be able to stop and turn with a plough in the children's slope and ski the button lift by yourself.
The Adventurers (6 years and up)
Here we learn to move towards parallel skis and explore new terrain.
Together, we'll hone our technique on and off the slopes and maybe try some jumping. We'll also learn about good skiing etiquette.
Prerequisites. Be able to ski unhindered with speed control on most red slopes and be familiar with an anchor lift
