Nor refills of detergent \ntablets and toilet paper<\/p><h2>Binding booking &amp; Payment<\/h2><p>Your booking becomes binding when you choose your payment method. Once you have paid your booking fee, or the full amount, you have accepted the terms of your booking. It is the guest's responsibility to check that all details provided at the time of booking are correct, including arrival and departure dates.<\/p><h2>Payment<\/h2><ul><li>The booking fee, 20% of the amount, is to be\npaid directly at the time of booking.<\/li><li>The remaining 80 % is to be paid no later than 14 \ndays before the day of arrival, except for major \nholidays, winter holidays and special events. \nDuring these periods, final payment is due no later \nthan 45 days before the date of arrival.<\/li><li>*If you book later than 14 days in advance, the \nentire reservation must be paid immediately. For \nmajor holidays, winter holidays and special events, \n45 days apply.\nIn case of late payment of your booking, a \nreminder will be sent. In case of non-payment, \nreminder\/debt collection measures will be taken<\/li><\/ul><h2>Cancellation<\/h2><p>Cancellation must be in writing<\/p><p>You can cancel via email bokning@tannaskroket.se or by post to T\u00e4nn\u00e4skr\u00f6ket, Karl Johans v\u00e4g 1, 846 95 T\u00c4NN\u00c4S, always state your booking number. - No refunds will be made once your stay has started<\/p><p>At the time of booking, you can purchase cancellation and rebooking insurance for SEK 500 per accommodation to protect you against unforeseen events. The cancellation and rebooking insurance is purchased as an insurance, and is never refunded<\/p><h5>Cancellation without cancellation protection<\/h5><ul><li>If you cancel more than 14 days before arrival, you will not have to pay more than the booking fee. During public holidays, sports holidays and special events, the cancellation period is 45 days.<\/li><li>If you cancel later than 14\/45 days before arrival, we keep the full amount<\/li><li>No refund is given once the stay has started.<\/li><\/ul><h5>Cancellation with cancellation protection<\/h5><p>You can add cancellation protection for SEK 500. Cancellation with cancellation protection, for major holidays see below:<\/p><ul><li>For accommodation cancelled 14 or more days before arrival, we keep the cancellation insurance of SEK 500. Possible booking fee is non-refundable<\/li><li>For accommodation that is cancelled 14-0 days \nbefore arrival with a valid cancellation reason, \nwhich you can prove with a certificate, we keep \nthe fee for the cancellation insurance and an \nadministrative cost of 500 SEK.\nPossible booking fee is non-refundable<\/li><li>No refund is given once the stay has started.<\/li><\/ul><h5>Cancellation public holidays, winter holidays and \nspecial events with cancellation insurance:<\/h5><ul><li>For accommodation cancelled 45 days or more \nbefore arrival, we keep the cancellation insurance \nof 500 SEK. Possible booking fee is nonrefundable.<\/li><li>If you cancel 45-0 days before arrival with a valid \ncancellation reason, which you can prove with a \ncertificate, we will keep the fee for the \ncancellation insurance and an administrative cost \nof 500 SEK. Possible booking fee is nonrefundable.<\/li><li>In case of cancellation on the same day as arrival, \nthe cancellation must be made before 12.00<\/li><li>For accommodation that is cancelled 45-0 days \nwithout a valid reason for cancellation, we keep \n100% of the accommodation cost<\/li><\/ul><h5>The cancellation insurance applies in the following \ncases, who must not have been known when you \nbooked<\/h5><ul><li>Death, illness, or accident of a serious nature, \naffecting yourself, spouse, cohabitant, family<\/li><li>Drafting into the armed forces or civil defence<\/li><li>There is another serious event beyond your \ncontrol that you could not foresee when you made \nyour booking, and which means that it is not \nreasonable to ask you to stick to your booking, e.g. \nextensive fire, or flooding in your home.<\/li><\/ul><p>You must be able to prove your impediment with \nvalid certificates from e.g. doctors, authorities, or \ninsurance company. The certificate must be \nreceived by us no later than 14 days after \ncancellation.<\/p><h5>Cancellation of add-on products<\/h5><p><strong>Trail- and skipass<\/strong><\/p><p>Can be cancelled free of charge until the day \nbefore the first day of validity. If you have started \nusing your track or ski pass, the rules for \ncancellation apply at the start of your stay<\/p><p><strong>Ski school, activities, rented equipment<\/strong><\/p><p>Cancellation later than 24 hours before the start \ndate, you will be charged according to the current \nprice list. If there are fewer than two participants \nin our weekly courses in the ski school and \nactivities, we have the right to cancel the course \nand you will then receive a full refund of the \ncourse fee<\/p><p><strong>Departure cleaning &amp; additional services<\/strong><\/p><p>Can be cancelled up to the day before arrival at no \nextra charge.<\/p><h5>Cancellation upon commencement of stay<\/h5><p><strong>Accommodation<\/strong><\/p><p>If you need to cancel your stay, the paid \naccommodation cost will not be refunded.<\/p><p><strong>Rented equipment<\/strong><\/p><p>You pay for the number of days that you have used \nthe equipment upon presentation of a medical \ncertificate. Refunds are valid from the day the \ncertificate from a doctor is issued and the \nequipment is returned.<\/p><p><strong>Ski school\/activities<\/strong><\/p><p>In case of cancellation of already started ski \nschool\/activity, the remaining time will be \nrefunded according to the current price list of the \nski school\/activity upon presentation of a medical \ncertificate. Reimbursement is valid from the day \nthe certificate from a doctor is issued.<\/p><p><strong>Used trail &amp; skipass<\/strong><\/p><p>You pay for the number of days that you have used \nthe trail button\/skipass upon presentation of a \nmedical certificate. Reimbursement applies from \nthe day when the certificate from a doctor is \nissued and TKAB has been notified. A medical \ncertificate and a track button\/skipass must be \nhanded in at the nearest point of sale.<\/p><p><strong><i>Refund of skipass in the event of outage:<br \/><\/i><\/strong>If the outage was caused by events beyond TKAB's \ncontrol, such as power outages, excessive wind \nspeed, fog and other comparable circumstances \nthat TKAB could not count on when the lift pass \nwas sold or whose consequences could not be \navoided, the rules of the trade association SLAO \napply.<\/p><h2>Other obligations<\/h2><ul><li>A person of legal age (at least 18 years old) must \nbe staying in our accommodations for the duration \nof the booked stay.<\/li><li>If your party will be more than you specified at \nthe time of booking, it must be notified before \narrival.<\/li><li>You must take good care of the housing and \nfollow the rules, instructions and regulations that \napply.<\/li><li>Between 21:00 and 08:00 you must observe the \nutmost consideration and silence towards other \nguests.<\/li><li>You are liable for all damage that occurs to the \nproperty and its inventory because of you or \nsomeone in your party being negligent.<\/li><li>You are obligated to follow the regulations \nregarding smoking and pet prohibition for your \naccommodation as stated in the confirmation \nViolation will result in a cleaning fee of 1500 SEK in \naddition to the regular cleaning charge.<\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 107%; font-family: 'Calibri Light',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Aptos; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-latin; mso-ansi-language: SV; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;\">You must clean your accommodation before your departure. About departure cleaning<br \/>have not been pre-booked, you must carry out the cleaning according to the instructions given to you on arrival.<br \/>Missed or poorly executed cleaning is assessed by TKAB and may result in a<br \/>fee from 1100 - 3000 SEK depending on<br \/>the size of the accommodation and the level of cleaning.<\/span><\/li><li>It is forbidden to charge electric cars at \naccommodations due to fire risk. This is done at \ndesignated charging stations. If this is violated, a \nfee of 5000 SEK will be charged<\/li><li>Rental - If the rented equipment is not returned \nafter the rental period, rental fees will be charged \nup to the day the equipment is returned. In case \nof suspicion that the equipment is not intended to be returned, charges will always apply. The renter is responsible for ensuring that the rented \nequipment is returned in undamaged condition. \nInspection of the equipment will take place upon \nreturn. We reserve the right to assess any \ndamages and\/or wear and any repair costs for \naddressing damages or wear beyond what can be considered normal will be charged at the time of return.<\/li><\/ul><h2>Defects and complaints<\/h2><p>If we do not provide the rental property in the \npromised condition or at the correct time, and are \nunable to offer you a comparable alternative, you \nhave the right to terminate the agreement and \nreceive compensation with a deduction for what \nyou have already used. Instead of terminating the \nagreement, you can request a reduction in rent.<\/p><p>If you have any complaints, you should address \nthem to us as soon as possible, no later than 11:00 \nam the day after arrival. Any issues that arise \nduring your stay should be reported immediately \nso that we have a chance to rectify them<\/p><p>You have the right to appoint someone else in \nyour place, and we must accept that person unless \nwe have specific reasons to refuse. In that case, \nyou must notify us before the day of entry, and we \nwill then charge a rebooking fee of 500 SEK<\/p><h2>Dispute<\/h2><p>Please contact us directly with any complaints \nKeep in mind that your chances of receiving a \ncorrection may decrease if you delay in \ncomplaining.<\/p><p>If we do not reach an agreement, you \ncan turn to the General Complaints Board or a \npublic court.<\/p><h2>Force majeure<\/h2><p>You and TKAB have the right to cancel the booking \nif the accommodation cannot be provided due to \nwar, natural disasters, labour disputes, strikes, \nlockouts, fire, explosion, prolonged water \ninterruptions, or other similar major events that \nneither you nor we could have foreseen or \ninfluenced<\/p><p>We reserve the right to legal changes, price \nadjustments, and printing errors beyond our \ncontrol.<\/p><h2>General terms and conditions for conferences, group bookings and other events<\/h2><p><strong>Binding booking &amp; payment<\/strong><\/p><p>Orders must be made in writing. You receive a written confirmation of your booking where purchased services match the description. You will be informed of significant changes regarding your booking.<\/p><p>When you confirm your booking for your group booking\/event, you will make an advance payment.<br \/>For weddings: 20 000 SEK to secure your date.<br \/>For other events: 0 - 20 000 SEK to secure your date.<br \/>In connection with this, TKAB requires a summary of how many you will be as well as any special requests.<\/p><p><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/p><p>If the participants are to pay something separately, this must be notified to TKAB. You as the main booker is responsible for non-payment for guests included in your group booking\/event.<br \/>If participants do not show up for ordered meals\/meal, this does not entail a reduction of the price.<\/p><p>*Prepayment is sent at the time of booking and is due within 5 days.<br \/>*Pre-ordered dinners and other products are payable 3 weeks before the event.<br \/>*Final invoice to be paid on site before departure.<\/p><p>In case of late payment, a reminder will be sent. In case of non-payment, reminder\/debt collection measures will be taken.<\/p><p><strong>Cancellation<\/strong><\/p><p>Cancellation must be in writing. You can cancel via email bokning@tannaskroket.se - it is important that you receive confirmation of the cancellation from TKAB.
