Our authentic mountain resort is perfect for conferences, group trips, and team building. We can offer complete solutions, have excellent facilities for meetings, meals, and activities, and everything is gathered within walking distance.

In addition to conferences and pleasant meals in the Árran restaurant, we are happy to help you put together activity packages that will help your participants get to know each other better and become a cohesive team.
Tännäs is located in Sweden's southernmost high mountain area and offers a wide range of activities all year round. In addition to skiing, Tännäs is known for its hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing and the unique opportunity to see musk oxen in their natural habitat.
Accommodation
Here you will stay in beautiful mountain houses or apartments, all in close proximity to activities and the central building. From 2 beds to 10 beds per cottage/apartment. There are a total of 350 beds at the facility.
All our accommodations are equipped with a kitchen and refrigerator. Most also have a sauna and a wood-burning stove, with exclusive furnishings from Norrgavel for a harmonious and Scandinavian mountain feel.
You will always be close to the main building, where you'll find the Árran restaurant, guest services, and the event venue.
Árran Restaurant, Guest Services and Event Venue
Our main building is located right next to the slopes, tracks and trails. Here you'll find the cosy restaurant Árran, guest services with a reception, and an event space on the upper floor.
Restaurant Árran offers everything from traditional Swedish home cooking to wedding menus inspired by the flavours of the mountains. Here we have the opportunity to serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and conference refreshments tailored to your requirements.
Our upstairs event venue can accommodate up to 150 people, and technical equipment is available for hire.

In addition to the conference and enjoyable meals in the Árran restaurant, we can help you put together activity packages that will help your employees get to know each other better and become a close-knit team. We offer equipment hire for selected activities, both in summer and winter.
Winter activities
- Alpine skiing – At Tännäskröket there are 4 lifts and 9 slopes accessible directly from your cabin. We can arrange ski races, pentathlons, or other fun activities on the slopes.
- Cross-country skiing – with Funäsfjällen's ski tracks directly adjacent to the accommodation, over 300 km of groomed tracks and trails.
- Sledging – 60 miles of trails that take visitors up to the high fells, often with visits to waffle houses.
Summer activities
- Hiking in a magnificent mountain environment, cultural landscape and a living village with reindeer husbandry.
- Cycling on fast-flowing trails, winding mountain biking or scenic country roads through a unique mountain environment.
- Go paddleboarding or canoeing in the mountain streams, Rogens Nature Reserve, or along the Ljusnan river. Stop for a refreshing swim along the way.
- Fishing in one of Sweden's best fishing areas with over 200 mountain lakes and 300 km of flowing water.
- Climbing – Feel the thrill as you ascend Tännäskröket's climbing wall. There are two routes here suitable for beginners.
All year round
- Musk Ox Centre – Eye to eye with an ancient creature. Visit the Musk Ox Centre for a guided tour in the musk oxen's natural environment.
- Flatbread baking – in the traditional way in an old bakehouse with a wood-fired oven.
- Beer tasting – taste the mountains – visit the microbrewery Härjebrygg.
