Welcome to us at Restaurant Árran.
A fireplace and gathering place
In the past, people gathered around the fire to eat and socialise. When the restaurant was named, it was given the name Árran, which means fireplace in Northern Sami. Today, Árran is a gathering place for enjoying food, celebrating life with weddings and birthdays or the first turns on the slopes.
With ingredients from the North in general and Härjedalen in particular, classic dishes are prepared in a modern style. Relaxed, genuine, honest, simple, and environmentally conscious. Preferably in close cooperation with local producers such as Tännäs Bryggeri, Jillie Ren & Vilt, Bruksvallarnas Rökeri, a few pimplare and the odd hunting dog.

Evenings where music, food and people meet, in a series of intimate live concerts, from some of Sweden's most current and exciting artists. At the same time, a mountain-inspired dinner is served with a focus on local ingredients - a journey of flavours that complements the musical experience and allows guests to enjoy the mountains with all their senses.
Among the artists you will find Loney Dear, Mariam the Believer, Moneybrother, Jakob Hellman and more.
Christmas dinner
Welcome to a cosy and well-prepared Christmas table at Árran!
You will be welcomed with hot mulled wine and then enjoy an evening of local charcuterie, Jansson's temptation, homemade goodies and everything that belongs to a Christmas table in the mountains.

Pizza evenings
Árran's popular pizza buffet is back this winter!
Here you can enjoy freshly baked pizzas made on site, topped with both local flavours and classic favourites.

New Year's dinner
Celebrate the New Year with a beautiful and tasty three-course dinner at Árran.
The menu will be announced in more detail, but as in previous years, we will focus on local flavours and end with a classic New Year's dessert. Of course, there will also be a New Year's toast (in connection with the dinner) - with bubbly, or non-alcoholic alternative if you prefer.
