Tännäskröket is a family-owned mountain resort in Funäsfjällen, western Härjedalen. We are a year-round facility where the focus is on the personal treatment and care of our guests, staff and surroundings, in whole and in detail, to create the genuine and personal mountain experience. Here you will find exclusive mountain houses, apartments, camping, restaurant and sports hire. We have lifts on two mountains with skiing on 17 slopes as well as cross-country trails and snowmobiling. In summer and autumn, Funäsfjällen offers a wide range of activities such as hiking, fishing, canoeing and cycling as well as visiting the musk oxen in their natural environment.
COOK, with responsibility
Do you dream of a life in the mountains with lots of snow, magical starry skies, and the tranquillity beyond the noise of the city?
Join us in Tännäskröket, as we are now looking for a chef for restaurant Àrran.
You will hopefully come to us with experience of everything from home cooking to fine dining, and a keen interest in local produce.
In the Àrran restaurant, you will be responsible for the daily operations and kitchen economy. You are part of a team of chefs. Staff accommodation is available on site and a driving licence is required as you will have contact with suppliers in the area.
KOCK 80 %
If you are a newly qualified chef or have a few years of experience in kitchen work, this could be the position for you. We need a cook for preparation of lunch, prep for evening, serving and as an extra hand at high load. The position is about 80 % and can be combined with other departments like in restaurant cashier or in serving.
We would like you to have a driving licence and access to your own car. You should be able to work as part of a team but also work independently.
Starts mid-December and staff accommodation is in place.
Restaurant staff 80 %
We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in serving, including table service and restaurant economy. You thrive in the mountains, have a driving licence and possibly your own car. Social skills are valued more than how many plates you can carry.
If you have experience of leading a group, this is a plus, and it is also an advantage if you see it as something positive to occasionally jump into the ski rental or sports shop when needed.
The position is a seasonal position starting mid-December. Staff accommodation is available on site
Receptionist/Housekeeper
We are looking for someone who can keep many balls in the air. You should be able to book a room and welcome our guests in one moment and in the other moment look over one of our cottages.
You should have experience in commercial lettings, cleaning and hotel management.
Your working hours are during the day, every day of the week, weekends and public holidays.
The position is a seasonal position but there is a possibility of permanent employment. Staff accommodation is available on site. Driving licence is a requirement.
Lift attendant
This is the job for you if you want to be out in all weathers and be the happy face our guests meet at the lift. You are professional, service-oriented and solution-oriented with a genuine interest in helping others. The job comes with challenges but also gives a lot of joy back. Scooter licence is meritorious. Start in mid-December. Staff accommodation available.
