About the service

We are a small organisation with six year-round employees and around 25 seasonal employees. As CEO, you are responsible for our business areas:

Guest services - Cabin hire, camping, cleaning
Lift and Operations - Lifts, slopes, cross-country tracks, caretaking
Restaurant and catering - Coffee, lunch, à la carte, weddings and group events
Sports shop - shop, rentals, ski school, summer and winter activities

We are looking for a strong and confident leader who is good at achieving measurable results through regular financial reporting, monitoring and evaluation of the guest experience and the range and delivery of the various parts of the business. The focus is on attracting new customers and identifying opportunities for business development and growth to the business we have today.

As our CEO, you will be present and active on site, creating a sense of security and common direction in the staff team. The work includes participating in local networks and maintaining and establishing new strategic partnerships with other players in the industry. We work on the basis of the resort approach where the holistic view is important and bringing the different business areas together. Together with the team, you will build the company's brand and ensure that the values are implemented in all areas of the business.

Your profile

You are a committed and business-orientated person with a strong ability to think strategically. You understand how accommodation, food, activities and the environment combine to create an attractive destination - and you're passionate about developing all these elements together.

You are used to working in a business-driven way with good results, have experience in financial management, key figures and staffing optimisation, and are quick to act when challenges arise. It is a merit if you have worked in mountain or tourism-related businesses, where seasonal variations place demands on both planning and flexibility.

You are a confident leader who creates commitment, direction and job satisfaction in the team - and sees the value in being present in the business. You do not need to have had a previous CEO role, but we would like you to have held senior positions in the hotel/tourism industry where you have demonstrated both business and financial results. You will be supported by a management team at the property and a committed board/owners in Stockholm.
